My journey

My journey began with a lifelong commitment to elite sport. From a young age I built a strong foundation in competitive swimming, representing Surrey in many galas and training at Crystal Palace Arena. That discipline expanded into judo and eventually into a successful amateur boxing career, with numerous bouts for the Foley A.B.C.

Moving into the fitness industry in my early twenties, I completed a Fitness For Industry personal trainer's course, then worked as a lifeguard and fitness assistant at Leatherhead Leisure Centre in Surrey. My core philosophy is built on fairness, loyalty and a deep-rooted desire to help people succeed.
